They're here...at least the bracelets and more teeth are.

Hello. Sorry to have left you all hanging for the past few days. Things have been busier than usual. The PRAYERS FOR AVERY bracelets arrived yesterday. I shipped about half of them to my mom in Tell City today. I am busy putting the rest of them together. If you are in Tell City or in that region, you can get in touch with my mom to see about getting yours. You may also be able to get one from my aunt Libby at American Family Insurance...you may call there to check first. There will probably be other locations/persons to pick them up from as several have volunteered to take on the task of distibuting them. Mom can let you know (email her at ralphalvey@sbcglobal.net). I think there will be a bunch at Grandma GiGi's for the Alvey family if wanted. If you are in the Indianapolis area, you can contact me or if you are from our church family (Irvington Presbyterian Church), there should be some at the church office by tomorrow, or at least some with Jon and I at service on Sunday. We are asking for a small minimum donation to cover our costs for the bracelets and raise a small amount of funds for our expected expenses in Baltimore. Mostly, we want everyone who wants one to have one to wear in support of Avery. They are purple and come in three sizes. You will also get a picture of Avery. If we run out, we will order more. Avery is getting at least her second tooth, but I'm pretty sure that number 3 and 4 are just about to break the surface too. YEAH! How cute is the baby's smiling mouth with those first few teeth. She has been doing OK in general. The past couple of days has brought a couple more cluster episodes that needed Diastat. We just went down a bit in her Dilantin dosage, so maybe that is the result. I hate to think that something we are doing is making her have more seizures, but she has to get off at least one med before surgery and this is the worst one (in side effects). Once surgery is completed, they wean the drugs ever so slowly...so it will be years before she is fully off if she ever can be. We certainly pray for that. Caiden is enjoying school and things seem to be going well. His teacher is really great and compassionate. We are so thankful that he got a teacher so easy to work with and understanding of the kids. I am aware that Avery's website has some issues right now. I am not sure what happened to make the background change and the buttons disappear (though the links are still there and working). I will try to get things fixed tomorrow and get some content added. We have a video of her laughing, from May I think, that is so much fun to watch. I want to get that on there for all to see. I also have plans to add lots of pictures and important links. So check it out again in a couple of days. Well, I think that is it for now. Two weeks and counting down! Love to you all. Holly

Thanks for updating us. I want to let you know that my email address is ralphalvey@sbcglobal.com (all lower case). I'm not sure it matters, but just in case. Give Caiden and Avery hugs and kisses from me and Papaw. Can't wait to see our baby girl with all those teeth! Love you all........Mom
